One Health should be driven by inclusiveness and equity on all levels of society. In consequence, the One Health methodological definition should include feminist theories and gender concepts.

We invested in a rainwater harvesting system, which allows us to use rainwater in our common areas through collection, filtering, storage and distribution. In addition to the electric pump, we installed a bicycle pump to distribute water by pedaling, in order to do recreational activities with the staff.
With this, we learned about the cost of bringing water to homes, we reduced the use of water provided by Mexico City and we contributed to the well-being of the staff.
